I have been living at Noel on the Parkway going on 3 months, and a must say this is my most favorite rental, yet! My place ... is so spacious and comfortable! I'm enjoying being able to make this place my own, one room at a time! I have not yet been able to experience the pool (can't wait until it opens!!), but I have been to the gym and it's just as amazing! I plan on staying here for a while!!!! These apartments are great for me. This was my first apartment to move into on my own and it has been great! I just started ... a second lease and I am happy and content here! Good maintenance workers
I have lived here st Noel On The Parkway.for 5 years and seen lots of changes. But over the years I have been pleased with ... the maintenance gentleman over the years and present time have been excellent. The staff has been excellent and are willing to listen to your issues. I would recommend this Apartment Complex to anyone looking for a place to live. Never had roach problems or zany other big problems. Calling maintenance in the evening or late at night they go respond with 30 minutes to an hour. And will let you know they will come and give you a reasonable timeframe of their delivery time they will show up. The apartments are large in size for the amount you pay. Had some major issues with my heater would not turn off and the temperature kept rising up to 82 degrees. I left voice mail ... on the maintenance emergency line and within 6 to 8 minutes someone came out and repair and replaced switches snd now everything is OK again. Just want to say Thank You for your speedy attention both management and maintenance individuals. About 2 weeks ago needed ... some repairs done and their response to my needs the same day and again the next several days needed more repairs and response was done the same day. Impeccable staff, these three ladies that work ... in the office will listen to you needs and are willing to work and help you. I have lived in this apartment complex now for 15 months and have been very pleased with the Staff, the maintenance guys ... and the price for the size of my place. I have lived in apartments since 2001 and every one of them had roaches and the no A/C and hardly any maintenance. I have never met Staff members that are there to help solve your maintenance issue within a timely manner. Most places you have to wait days and days and call them back. But the Noel of The Parkway maintenance staff is there the very next day and sometimes the same day. Price wish for the size of Apartment that I have is a great value and cost. Most apartments within the same area are a lot higher and smaller square footage. All the Staff members are always there to answer your questions and work with you on any issues. I rate them 100% a great apartment complex overall. Great Job to everyone that works at Noel on The Parkway. One thing I will say is that I do feel safe at this apartment complex and what I have heard from people I know that live elsewhere do not feel safe. Overall and Excellent Apartment Complex. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live, is the great value, great location, great size of the apartments and great staff. So come and check out this place. Great Office Staff and Maintenance Crew
My AC has been acting up off and on for months now. The Maintenance Guys come and work on it right away. But finally my ... AC was just wore out. So John and the other Ladies in the office decided I my Apartment needed a new unit. The maintenance guys worked their butts off. I have cool cold AC that even cools my upstairs. It was done in a very timely matter and I am very great full for their quick response. All your hard work is so greatly appreciated. Very Prompt Service Always
I had water coming from my floor in my kitchen, i could not figure it out where it was coming from since we have had so much ... rain lately. But it was coming from my Fridge and cleared all the water from the Fridge and now my floor is dry again. Just wanted to NOTE that last week my neighbor townhome got flooded and the Office took care of them ASAP, the very next morning. I know people do not like to write reviews, but if you have an apartment complex that does their jobs and responses to their tenants, why not let everyone know that this is a very OK apartment and the manager John and other employees are very nice to every everyone and listen to their tenants. great maintenance and staff
when ever i have an issue on my AC or Heater or anything else that might not be working. I call either at night time and ... the next morning the maintenance people are out here to see what is wrong. The Staff Teri and John are great and very helpful and don't mind listening to your problems or issues or concerns. Best team of Staff that I have ever worked with in my 15 years of living in an apartment. I have been blessed with the little Noise around where i live.
